We have a wide variety of floor plans, from 1-bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, and 5 bedroom options. Everybody will have their personal bathroom!

At EVER, we’ve curated a wide range of amenities to elevate your lifestyle. Relaxation & Recreation: Unwind in the full sauna, take a dip in the heated resort-style pool with jumbotron, or soak in the hot tub. Fitness Center & Wellness Facilities: Stay active with a cardio and strength focused fitness centers that will rival your favorite commercial gyms. Find your inner zen in our rejuvenating wellness suite with sauna, meditation, and yoga rooms. Find your focus: Choose from open study areas, conference study rooms, or private study pods for focused work. All spaces are equipped with whiteboards, TVs, and printing services. Social Spaces: Make time for lounging and play with a game room and a sophisticated social setting. Absolutely, we love our furry residents! We even have an on-site pet spa to keep them pampered! Restrictions may apply, so give us a call or stop by the office for more information.

EVER covers internet and trash services. Students will split the water, sewer, and electricity bill evenly with the roommates. We will set up individual accounts with Conservice, and students will pay their rent plus their portion of the utility bill to the leasing office in one payment.

There is a secured parking garage with EV charging stations, compact, and standard spots that have controlled access for your peace of mind. Plus, we have onsite bike storage for no extra charge.

An individual lease is a by-the-bed lease, which means you are only responsible for the bedroom space you are assigned to and have a shared responsibility for common areas with your roommates. This also includes rental installments – so no worrying about if your roommates are late on payments!

Rental installment refers to the contract total price, divided equally 12 times for convenience. Your first installment will be due August 1 and your last installment is due July 1 unless you’ve elected to renew at EVER. Helpful Hint: Because we’ve divided your total rental installment into equal payments, August’s rental payment will be the same as all other months.

All installment payments are due on the 1st of each month. You have multiple options for payment – ACH, debit/credit, and e-check on the resident portal.

The entire leasing process can be done online through our website by starting an application! Once both the primary and guarantors finish the application, the leasing team will send over the lease for signatures. Alternatively, you can stop by the leasing office to go through the steps in person.

Yes! EVER has a roommate matching program. During the application process, you’ll fill out a roommate profile questionnaire which allows us to match you with roommates who have similar interests. Additionally, we’ve programmed with RoomSync, an app allowing you to create a profile so you can swipe on potential roommates.

EVER’s apartments come fully furnished. Each resident will have a full-size bed with a headboard and pillow-top mattress, a four-drawer under-bed dresser, a study desk with USB, and a desk chair. Our standard floor plans come with common area furniture, including an entertainment stand, mounted 55 inch Smart TV, coffee table with foot rest, sofa, side chair*, and barstools. Larger units may include a sectional couch.

Each resident is responsible for having an active liability insurance policy. Typically, you can be covered under your parents’ insurance policies, or you can enroll through the resident portal and add a small fee to your monthly cost to be covered under EVER’s policy.

A guarantor is a third party signer who can ensure your payments will be paid in a timely manner. If you don’t have a guarantor, we have alternative options to assist you with having your application approved – contact the office to learn more about our options.

EVER’s VIP units also offer the following amenities: Upgraded Cabinets with Under Cabinet Lighting, Upgraded Checkered Backsplash Tile, Upgraded Kitchen Island Pendants, 65 Inch TV with Soundbar, Ecobee Smart Thermostat, Blackout Shades in Bedroom, Custom Closet System with Organizers, Upgraded Tile Flooring in Bathrooms, and Backlit Vanity Mirrors.

EVER will have a maintenance team on site during business hours, and on-call maintenance for after hours needs. To submit a maintenance request, log into the resident portal and click the ‘request maintenance’ button or give us a call in the office and we will submit a request on your behalf.

Yes! All units will have their own full-size washer & dryer.
